The New Year is a time for new beginnings, which may include making New Years resolutions.The healthcare professionals at LIma Memorial Health System offer you these tips as 2017 approaches:

Don’t make too many resolutions. Pick a realistic goal within a realistic time frame.
Choose your own resolutions. Make sure that your goal is something that you want to accomplish for yourself, not just to please a friend or family member.
Make a p!an and write it down. Check your plan periodically to make sure that you are on track.
If you get off track, forgive yourself. Review your plan and make the necessary adjustments.
Congratulate yourself. Reward yourself when goals or resolutions are met.
